Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

- Condition: To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping fees
Please note that while we gladly accept returns, we do not cover the return shipping fees.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving your return package. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 5 days after arrival) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right as fast as possible.
